Image Rights License
  1. In consideration for the Licensee agreeing to the Licence terms set out in this agreement and subject to the Company’s Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://originsliving.uk/terms-and-conditions/ , the Company hereby grants a licence to the Licensee, to reproduce and use the photographs, videos and product text supplied by the Company on or after the date of this agreement for the sole purpose of the marketing and sales by the Licensee of the Company products.
  2. The Licensee will not:
    • provide copies of any photographs, videos or text supplied by the Company to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company;
    • make any use of the photographs, videos or product text for any purpose other than the marketing and sale by the Licensee of the Company products;
    • use or publish any photographs, videos or product text supplied by the Company on or in relation to any auction website or allow facilitate such use by any third parties.
    • heavily discount the Company products on line, which could be seen as detrimental to the Company’s brand reputation and brand image in the market
  3. The terms set out in this agreement apply to all or any substantial part of any photographs, videos or product text supplied by the Company.
  4. The Company gives no warranties to the Licensee in relation to any photographs, videos or product text.
  5. The Company may terminate this license at any time and for any reason upon giving notice in writing to the Licensee.
  6. In the event that the Licensee breaches any of the terms within this agreement, then the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate this license agreement with the Licensee.
  7. Upon termination of this agreement for whatever reason, the Licensee will return to Origins Living forthwith any and all hard copy photographs, discs and copies of product text supplied to it by Origins Living, and will destroy forthwith any electronic copies retained by the Licensee of any such photograph or product text.
