PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED:

All returns MUST have an explanation as to the reason for return. If faulty, the fault needs to be clearly explained. The word faulty alone is NOT acceptable.

HOW TO RETURN:

Important: Items being returned must be sent in their original packaging without stickers, markings or tape and securely packed in an outer packaging to withstand transit, as the Company will not accept responsibility for any Goods damaged in transit.
To complete the returns process - After clicking SEND below, you will be presented with your Returns form in printable format. Please print two copies - include one copy in the parcel and keep one copy for your records.
